Certificate

ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) originated in Germany and is aligned with the first standard of the EU's Renewable Energy Directive (2009/28/EC RED). It is the first international certification system for biomass and biofuels that can demonstrate sustainability and greenhouse gas savings. The certification covers global initiatives for all types of biomass and biofuels.

Currently, all of the biodiesel projects under Leo-King Environmental Group have passed the ISCC certification.

DDC (Dutch Double Counting) refers to the practice of doubling the contribution of renewable energy when calculating the carbon dioxide emission reduction. In comparison to biomass energy produced from palm oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, and other oils, the biomass energy derived from used cooking oil can be counted twice in carbon dioxide emission reduction calculations.

Leo-King Environmental Group has obtained the DDC declaration for its biomass energy produced from waste oil used to manufacture biodiesel.
